Hello,it was a days when I lost internet connection but anyway I didn't stop with the mugen work :)

 

This character is created by using the theory of many bootleg games what I found and mixed  the elements into the fusion character...

well judging from situation where i am,i can't sprite because that waste my time . Also bootleg game where i ripped the sprites does not have suplex,and this charcter is anti guile so he can't have many capcom original moves...
