I know that downloading him over and over again is pretty tiresome but bear with me as I fix the bugs

 

and itsbecause I actually flash coded the last update I'll be more thorough with this one

 

FIXED

 

-SuperJump

-Off scree jump

-Air combo

-Combo hits doesn't register

-Lowered the damage

-Redone the whole AI

-Added more palettes

-Added dampener

-Fixed AI loops and jittery movements

-Fixed the mislaigend hitsparks and made them look as is

instead of the custom resize I made

I'm actually working on him right now but I hit a little bump on the transformation cause I want his only his skin to turn red along with the palfx to make it look like gear second. The problem is when I fight againts him the CPU chooses his red skin even though he is not on gear second.

Seem the problem is about the palette. Hm, so you set the default pal as the normal skin right?

Yeah and I added the extra palettes so that they will have red skin but when I fight against him it defaults to red skin most of the time like randomizing palettes. Idk if its MUGEN default then I can't do anything about it.

I would reccomend asking jmorphman or infinite or even kamekaze about the issue since they use pallete selectors.

No man not for a palette selector I'm using the remap pal for a transformation. The problem is when the CPU uses luffy it sometimes defaults to the extra palettes which are all red skin just like gear second.
