Movement Speed without Animationtime increase

Just as the title says. Is there any codes that would allow me to increase the movement speed ofr my cahracter without having to alter my animation times to do so?

Yes there is if you mean movement as in walk/run

Under what condition(s) shall your MUGEN character be using increased movement speed please?

Just in general(walking). Because im trying to make him walk at almost a similar pace to the source game however hes moving too slow yet his animation is the right speed.
