For all who download these characters:

 

To make them work, you have to go into their .def files and remove palettes 2 and 3

actually, I got them working normally, you just need to remove the "@" or any japanese simbol that appears before the ";", because MUGEN shouldn't read it

Usually I don't use edits of characters. But there are exceptions like the chars of Dr. Kelexo. These edits do not convince me at all...
