Can anyone tell me if the stage is well made? I can't understand from that picture.

The snow effects is nice, but the background a bit blurry imo.

 

Also, the stage missing hires info in the def. Add it, otherwise it'll messed up.

I get it. One of those stges that if you don't put hires on the def file the stages will result zoomed.
