ReVisiting My Characters

So i'm updating some of my characters and i was wondering who would you guys prefer I revised?

By revised, I mean Fixing errors here and there, added gameplay elements I never added before or updating old ones to new ones (like Cross and Zeke compared to Shelly) Updating to 1.0. etc, etc, you know the works.
 
NO DOWNGRADING TO WINMUGEN.

the only real issue i have with her, are her custom get hit stuff.

 

I literally gotta override her system, to make her play almost accurate.
