Go to mugen.cfg and change the GameWidth and Game Height from there.

1-The sun rays follow you exactly how they does in Vanguard Princess stages so is ok.

2-I didn´t. Thats how they look.

You'll need to set it 1280-720. maybe. I donno. I'm not good at those localcoord things.
