Yep, the outfit all the way down to the boobs. The only difference is that this character wields TWO whip-blades instead of one. (...And doesn't actually use them as whip-blades, just normal blades.)

 

(To be fair, though, it's a special edition version of a creature, so it's probably closer to a reference than actual stealing.)

But then again, I have seen Kingdom Hearts OCs that are shit, like always using two keybaldes and are part of the Organization 13 so yeah not much creativity there. I get disgusted by people who don't use much creativity for there OCs.

It's not really an OC though, it's a special variation of a monster from the Facebook game, Mutants: Genetic Gladiators called the Blade Banshee.

 

 

Right now in the game, if you get a token from an event, you have a shot at getting a random special variation of a monster, including Ivy. Ivy is a special variation from the Girl Power category, which may or may not all be references to other characters. Ivy's the only one I recognize, though. The Ivy version of Blade Banshee has more attack power, but less life.
