*I have window 7 Im trying to get Mugen Arena to work, but I get the Black Screen. I had Oldgamer help me with all the setting on the RenderMode to DX5 and System. but I am still getting the same result. I also tested other screen pack with mugen 1.1 but the problem is that Mugen Arena is the only one wont work for me.
