there is something wrong with your mugen if its set to 8 I have these characters Yuyu and they put up a HUGE fight compared to what your showing you need to set ai difficulty to 8 to get a huge challenge if it is set to 8... then I have no idea whats wrong with your mugen but they put a bigger fight than this im telling you.

there are voice patches for them both.
