  1. Honestly, thinking back to MugenHunter's sonic characters, I remember him making quite a few characters, including bringing back bad-arses like Fang and Bark, as well as converting not so bad-arses like Ray into Mugen (I really didn't like Ray, to be honest), and making them all play awesome (Although a little over-powered. Also, Manic and Sonia could have been better.) He even made Bean, Big, and Charmy. ...But no Vector. Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing a MugenHunter style Vector, or for that matter a decent Vector for Mugen. I know there's SuperMystery's Vector, but I kind of want a traditional fighting-game style Vector than a gimmick one.
  2. To tell you the truth, I've always kind of liked Stryker. Also, Reptile's pretty boss, too.
  3. I do kind of get it now, considering the whole Ninjas VS Pirates debate, but still. One Piece always seemed more random to me than Naruto.
  4. How exactly is Naruto a ripoff of One Piece? I don't get it? I mean, I might be slightly biased cause I honestly don't like either series, but still. Also: Ness is overrated all around. People have never heard of Earthbound because, truth be told, Earthbound wasn't a very good game. ...At least in my opinion. But I know so many people who swear by it.
  5. I swear, SNK decided to bring back a random character for one game, and now THIS happens. I can't help but laugh at the little guy, though. :D
  6. Shhhhhhhhhh. ...But yeah, I agree. Overrated Characters Kratos: I agree a lot here. It might just be me, but appearance wise, he reminds me of Kor from Weapon Lords. (Old Namco Fighting Game.) ...Maybe it's just the red facial tattoo. God of War itself doesn't really appeal to me. Maybe I'm into less serious things or something. Solid Snake: Yeah, I know I'm going to get hated for this, but I never really cared for this character, either. It's kind of the same deal, though. I'm into more whimsical characters and games over games that are more serious. I'm not an overall fan of this character's personality, though. Shadow the Hedgehog: Wannabe bad-asses are the kind of characters I dislike the most. I am not a fan of anti-hero type characters in general, but Shadow doesn't even do THAT right. The thing I dislike the most about this guy is that his girlfriend is HUMAN! Ewww. Trans-species relationships, for the most part, gross me out, so THIS was pretty WTF to me. Underrated Characters Big/Cream: These characters get a lot of hate for reasons I understand. Big for being a dumb character, and Cream for her squeaky voice. But I do have a thing for characters like Big that are relatively large and pleasantly plump. As for Cream, I don't like her voice either. It was tolerable in Sonic Battle, but everywhere else it was annoying. But she's still a cute character. And her voice is STILL more tolerable than those stupid chipmunks (Who I cannot STAND, to be honest). Megaman EXE: Megaman EXE may not be one of the more popular Megaman incarnations, but I personally prefer EXE over X or Volnutt. I also enjoyed playing Megaman Battle Network more than some people I know. It's a little different from the others, but IMO, that's what made it fun for me. My favorite Pokemon: I am not sure Pokemon count, but I do know that my favorite Pokemon is arguably the most despised of all Pokemon: Bibarel. I know a lot of people think Bibarel's wide eyes, red nose, and buck teeth make him look stupid, but I personally find Bibarel's stare, red nose, and teeth to be adorable. ...Yeah, call me a pansy if you want.
  7. The thread ended with me asking why MadOldCrow is being forced to make random Mugen Characters because Wlan said so
  8. Actually, I'm pretty sure those are from Street Fighter 2 Turbo, not Street Fighter 2: The Champion Edition.
  9. MAURU!!! One Question: Did you fix Mauru's AI? I notice that the original Inverse Mauru has some tough AI, but only every 5 or so times.

    Mammoth

Joe and Mac, the caveman ninjas. I remember this boss. ...Mostly cause of how gruesome the fight was... If you hit the Mammoth enough, it's tusks fall off. ...Not gruesome enough? Okay, hit it enough even more, and its trunk rips off! Tusks are one thing, but ripping the trunk off was a bit much, it was like something you would more likely see in Mortal Kombat than a game that's supposed to be kid friendly.
  11. I found the original image incase anyone wonders who made it: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&q=Street+Fighter+Stage#/d23i5v8 A guy named sith-x made it.
  12. So I really am the only one that isn't pissed off by it? Seriously, I feel like preforming a "Shame on you" speech. I mean so what if... Megaman Legends 3 was canceled (I never played the first two TBH) Megaman X wasn't in UMvsC3 as his own character (He was my least favorite Megaman incarnation anyway, TBH) Megaman 10 had lousy boss masters (Solar Man is the dumbest robot master ever IMO) Bad Box Art Megaman is playable in Tekken X Street Fighter (I thought it was funny TBH) You guys say that Capcom is trolling you, but being uncivilized about it isn't going to solve much. Sure, Bad Box Art Megaman isn't what we all expected, but he wasn't put in there intentionally to piss us off. Sometimes, I wonder if people realize this. BBA Megaman was designed to be nostalgic, not to anger its fans. Sometimes I feel people are crying over spilled milk. I can understand being angry at them for canceling Megaman Legends 3, and adding X as a Zero model swap, but the complaining about BBA Megaman just shows you how butt-hurt some Megaman fans can be. ...For shame...
  13. Another Dong Dong Never Die stage, I'm assuming.
  14. Did you use some of your friends to make this stage? Those people in the background look real. Anyway, this stage looks pretty good. Edit: Woops. Didn't know this was from some obscure game I never heard of. That makes my top comment sound dumb.
  15. Fricken Eternal Champion! Onslaught had two forms and two guys to fight. Rugal had two forms and THREE guys to fight. Eternal Champion, however, had FOUR forms and ONE guy to fight. ...Or was it five? I remember he has a Shark, a Tiger, a Dragon, and a Bird mode, but does he also have a normal mode? I forgot.
  16. I had a LOT of problem with Dashin the Demon before I found out you could destroy the tail. He was still tough, though, but he was easiest beaten with the wheel of fire.
  17. No offense, but Overdrive Ostrich was among the easier bosses in Megaman X2, thanks to his AI that tends to throw boomerangs right over your head. He's also a snail compared to his human counterpart: Quickman. ...He's a little smarter in Megaman Xtreme 2 though. That, and he simply looks bad-ass with that "U Mad?" face of his. And lastly, he's still harder than Magne Centipede, who is probably the biggest disappointment in the Megaman series challenge wise for me. Rugal from the original KoF was a worthy challenge, but far from the hardest fighting game bosses I've faced. Some of the hardest I've faced include Magneto from X-Men: Children of the Atom, Onslaught from Marvel VS Capcom, and Otane from Power Instinct 2. But then again, you do have to give credit to Rugal. Even Onslaught only had to fight two opponents, AND he had two forms. Rugal had to fight THREE opponents all by himself. Also consider Rugal's first form is basically just a warm-up for his brutal second form. I don't remember the boss from Sonic 3 very well, but I remember there being a lot of parts to it. The other two I have never faced, so I cannot say for sure. As I've mentioned before, I would say the toughest boss I've ever faced is Otane from Power Instinct 2. I have it on the easiest difficulty, and so far I have only beaten her once. But 90% of the time fighting her, she hands me on my ass on a silver platter: I don't think I could ever beat her again for the life of me. Then again, I've never beaten Magneto or Onslaught yet. I've gotten close against Magneto, but Onslaught is near impossible. Most of his moves seem un-dodgeable. I mean Thanos? He's hard, but not of the same caliber as Magneto or Onslaught. Cyber Akuma is hard, but again not of the same caliber. Apocalypse is... ... not even close. (I have not played any X-Men/Marvel Fighting game after that.)
  18. This version HAS to be better than the other version.
  19. Rar files don't compress much more than regular zipped folders.
  20. I remember that video. That was golden. Go Dan Hibiki!
  21. Yes, this. It was not a "dickslap" to the original creator, because the original creator was okay with it. Besides, the only thing I dislike about it is that it's fat. The fact that it's "Bad Box Art Megaman" doesn't bother me. Infact, I had a laugh walking down memory lane to when I first saw Megaman 1's box art.
  22. Gems? Is that anything like the gems from Marvel Super Heroes? Also, I still don't get the hate with Megaman 1 Box Art Megaman. Sure, they made him fat, but it's not THAT big of a deal. Kind of nostalgic, actually.
  23. Well... The custom sprites seem promising, but how it plays I'll have to download to see.
