All Pokemon with very high defenses always have crappy HP... to balance out the stat total. But that didn't apply to Dugtrio... has low defenses and low HP.

My specialty is Doubles though I don't see many people doing them often. I'm not good in Singles at all with the constant switching and stuff...

I try to keep the variety of characters for MUGEN alive with chibi Digimon characters though not many is fond of because of the size, but I do the best in my ability to make them good because a majority of the creators who made chibi Digimon in the past didn't make them play that well. Sometimes I wish someone will make characters from other series/universes other than SF and KOF series, whether they're human/human-like or not.

I got nothing against Shadow. The franchise itself was originally a Nintendo-characters only fighter. They started adding third party playable chars in Brawl but limited to at least 2, which were Sonic and Snake. This one we have Sonic and Megaman. I doubt they'll allow more playable third party chars. Who knows? Maybe Shadow can make the cut this time since there's still more spaces left for characters. If Nintendo made a Vs Series kind of game involving Nintendo and Sega then it would be very likely Shadow will be playable. Now back to this... It's likely Shadow will be an assist instead of being playable despite the popularity he has.

You certaintly haven't been looking in threads about characters released long ago, have you? And since when did "lolies based on anime(?)" had to do with edits of KOF & Street Fighter characters mentioned here?

Sonic and Megaman already made the cut for a playable role. I'm pretty sure Shadow will be an assist character again. And I had a feeling Ness will be returning... I doubt Lucas will be because Ness is more popular than Lucas... is he?

No more third party... need a least a few more veterans and newcomers.

^ This Plus, there is a HUGE variety of characters available... the reason why there are so many versions of Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Kyo, etc. because those are POPULAR characters. My roster in is VERY huge and it contains more than one version of just some of the characters, such as Bison, Cammy, Rugal, Iori, Talbain, Capt. Commando and Hauzer. I recommend looking in the collection directory at this forum for characters of a specific series and check which ones you don't have.

This what I think when theorymonning as Rice puts it... but I think this one can make good use of Tough Claws better Mega Feraligatr Water Tough Claws 85/105/100/79/83/78 -> 85/140/135/89/103/78 Upon Mega Evolving, Feraligatr becomes a major threat with its Mega ability, which allow it to deal far more damage thanks to the increase of its Attack and can withstand even more attacks with its improved Defense... despite having an increase in Sp. Def, Special attacks can still be a problem for Feraligatr when withstanding any high power attacks it's weak against, Freeze Dry included. With its Attack boosted and Mega ability, Feraligatr can easily wipe out Pokemon with frail defenses and Aqua Jet's power becomes 78. Its physical moveset that make contact + Dragon Dance will turn Feraligatr into a Death Trap for many, whether it'll be an Offensive or Defensive Tank. I'm sure Rice can come with something to elaborate this one.

This was my response at MFG, since Xan brought it here, I might as well bring my response here too. Good: -So many dream matches and seeing characters who never appeared in any crossover series get to fight those who did. Examples: Talbain Vs M. Bison, Jedah Vs Rugal, Lilith Vs Athena, Demitri vs Magneto, Cammy Vs Earthquake, Zangief vs Tizoc -Understanding the coding -SO MANY characters!!!! I just can't seem to get enough! I have a roster of over 800 characters and so far I have at least 2 versions of these: -Learning about Mouser and the way he codes. His MvC2 chars are out-of-the-world amazing... I got nothing more to say. Bad: -People who expects 100% accuracy in characters and get mad if even 1% of accuracy is missing. -People butthurting because non-Marvel or non-Capcom characters are converted to MvC1 or MvC2 style. -People showing hate on chibis and characters that aren't originally fighters. (This is MUGEN... use your imagination... don't get mad if someone else has a different imagination than you) -Cheap Palettes that OHKO without even attacking. -Nude characters -Female characters that shows TOO MUCH fanservice. (CvS Ver. of Yoko's a good example but I keep her because of her fighting skills, NOT the fanservice)
