Oh,um a plane man. Give the building with the red on the corners a glowing anim(its obv lights lol) and same applies for the plane. Perhaps some clouds? @V Perhaps your logo could be animated as well?

I had this issue when i was making palletes for Cybaster & Balth(well not O's prob) but couldnt saving as pcx then opening in FF reverse the pallete?

Personally the no lock on bothered me at "certain" times. I actually like the weapons oddly enough but i dont see the need to have two evade buttons I did like the ingame perspective changes,though buggy in the demo(among other bugs) ^This.
