It's competent, yes, though both Supers are fully invulnerable and have several frames of inv after the move has ended. Sound effect on crouch does mean you can assault someone's ears by teabagging.

You're welcome. Could be many reasons. First port of call is to check the debug (CTRL+D) and see if there's any errors, then see what state/anim Flamme is in when she falls through the floor.

He's designed for Mortal Kombat Project, not regular MUGEN, thus requiring a number of files only present in that game.

Check for any NotHitBy sctrls in the trip hitstate. It's also possible the character's attacks use a nochainID that matches up with the trip's HitDef ID.
