    Why?

A cute little image on the character select screen. If you mean the first part of my sentence, I'm a bit confused what "style" the Team Faust blah blah characters had. I tried a couple of these  Faust template characters, and they have insanely spammy projectiles complete with a hyper one that can't be blocked, and a strange attack where they slide into the enemy. I just don't get it.

  2. I do not recall Klonoa being in it. I could have sworn it was a human protagonist, but since it is a decade old memory, maybe I'm slipping. It was in a golden sky platforming stage very similar to Wario World's, do not think it was an RPG as it was not a turn based battle.

Also, these old sections are definitely going to need an overhaul at some point. They're so... Dead.

Minecraft Steve. He's such a crafting master at this point that he is not only a sworduser, but also can generate iron ore and sticks with his sword in battle, by poking the enemy or slamming the diamond sword into the ground. Normal sword strikes make the cursor in his inventory move over a space. By utilizing these sword strikes in various patterns, he can craft a variety of Minecraft items that act as his hypers. His only other non-item hyper is refueling that meat meter, which must be a form of stamina. It drains as he performs attacks, and he cannot attack if it is near empty. He has a basic punch and kick as well. His 7th palette is a hidden joke mode too. Made by ryu1sou.

  4. So cool to see this bizarre game get a thread. Strangest Fighter Maker game I have for sure. From it's roster to it's gameplay. Love the "revival super move" gimmick, but it is a bit rough around the edges. It supposedly translates to "NES Dying Corps".

Sometimes this thread gives me a virus warning and won't let me access. Not sure what the deal there is.

  5. Congratulations on the work so far. I had actually once thought of a Hello Kitty character a long time ago but moveset wise, she never really evolved past using Kirby style weapons for me. Hope it can grow into a full character.

I would like to suggest having the "speed blurs" thin out on her second animation on the last frames, but that is a very clean sprite otherwise.

  6. Anyone know the name or author of a certain Mario based stage around MFFA somewhere? I really cannot find it again.

It's not directly Mario related, but you can tell it was the stage's main inspiration. It was a very bright, sunny stage, had ? Blocks floating in the center, and two pipes on the edges of each side. There was a river in the background too. I can only remember it being named Super Retro Land or something similar, but did not have Mario in the title. It was a "MvC" styled stage as well, the characters fought on a wide brick path. I remember lots of pink in the stage as well.

Anyone got an idea of what stage I'm talking about?
