Looks as though my idea has been used! Edit: Some of your Tekken Characters could use better soundpacks. Especially Ogre, Jin, Kazuya, Heihachi, and Bruce. Mostly because there are more sounds you can use for them that can be taken from Tekken's 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.....

For the Tusk stage, please try for the original concept with that awesome, fast scrolling sky. A lot better than some twinklies. Also, Spinal, if he isn't finished, should have some specials based on the MK characters in greyscale, as he does this with some KI characters.

You can definitely add a winquote screen. Just look at the original mugen system.def and learn that you can add a section just like it.... except it'll have a black background, with the character port (9000, 1 or 9000, 2) as well as the quote. As for everything else....I dunno. The announcer I know would require editing a .snd file. Which one, I don't know. How, I don't know either.
