Ryu and SF1 Ryu have both had minor updates to fix a few issues. I also added missing Roll code.

Added new air hyper called Tiger Pounce. Added new special throw called Muay Thai King. Added new intros. Changed damage values of Tiger Uppercut. Tiger Knee now goes through normal and special projectiles. Can now shoot Tiger Shot during the Tiger Spirit hyper. Attacks Statetype set to idle after attack frames end. Sagat's voice sounds are now louder. Changed portrait from World Warrior to Champion Edition. Tiger Rampage hyper now does 30 points more damage. All hyper attacks reworked to preform better. Blood and Puke FX now only play if opponent is standing. Fixed camera on throws. Fixed priority on fireballs. Added rolling code. Removed inifinites. Added poweradd to attacks that were missing it. Fixed attributes on attacks. Custom state that burns now triggers with animexist instead of character name.
