That the exact reason I like to look at those since I read the mangas. It also tells you side stories of other characters (like the Looker) to give you more depth on their roll in the stories from the Games/Mangas. Personally I wouldn't mind Nintendo/Gamefreak do story line for some of the gym leaders like Lt.surge, Koga, Misty, etc.. and how they came across their occupation.

Im guessing because she like a boss character so the author decided to give her that much Life points, however that can be easily adjusted.....

Yep pretty much..... :-P its practically following the same evolution concept like Eevee evolving to Umbreon/Espeon but it will more likely keeps its sub rock-typing: one will be still Normal/Rock the other might be Dark/Rock

You right on those points... im guessing the author is trying to be kind of creative with the coding of this character (trying to be source accurate with it i guess... :-P ) But man! all those infinites needs to be fixed up knowing an aggressive A.I. can take advantage with this.
