Missing my Headquaters of Evil stage from MvC that was released in 2011

This stage is originally from Card Saga Wars. I re-coded it to see how it would look with parallax, and also updated a couple effects, and fixed the tiling bug on a couple things. I was going to do more, but will see how this goes. Download Credit to Abysswolf and Orkimides for use of sprites/effects.
