Its an Alice edit with powers of Dantarion From "Tales of Destiny".  Pretty unique character edit if you can deal with her onslaught of projectiles.

This is my first Touhou MUGEN game.
Made from the MUGEN 1.1 Beta 1 Patch 1 Engine.
This game is only a compilation, because I don't know how to edit MUGEN that much yet.
The game has reached its final version, v7.0.
You guys have fun with this and edit it and even remake it.
Just tell when when you do~

I'm deleting some chars in my Touhou mugen folder and i found the Orin by Waribashi inside another char (yeah, happens to me sometimes)

Granted, she is a mermaid. Also granted, I have an idea for how to make a mermaid work in battle: make her sitting on a moving platform. Origins of the platform not necessary.

But seriously i hope it'll be a better author, like Hetyo.

it wud be sad 2 see Sonic go....being that he doesnt FEEL 3rd party....he feels like he belongs.....especially since hes been on ALOT of Nintendo games, heck he and Mario shared a game...........TWICE

Well with this i announced that i'll re-do this collection with complete list like Rice's suggested.
