i feel that's a question that would have been better asked in the edit thread, but a quick test in mugen 1.1 returned an error message which led me to believe that she's meant to be run on winmugen+ i actually found that out a couple of while ago when i was digging through my list of bookmarked sites, i just haven't bothered to change the links because the first post has become so heavy that it gives me lag whenever i try to edit it
