I found in other site,the creator is mario8251,  I fixed and I created new palettes and @cormano fixed better, no its the best char but now you got a new Batman for your mugen!!need more details and work but....

Nothing special here, I had only seen a while ago the sprite rips of the game "Pixel Car Racer" made by DK and I was strongly interested in doing something with it.
This time they will be available only for MUGEN 1.1.
So stages bring super jump, animation, looping BGM, 1.1 (zoom & no zoom option files).

Whatever you're putting in your .def must be the same route as the folder, in the example you provided I guess you put:
stages/太陽の畑/Flower Land.def
 
However once you extract the file you get this route:
 
stages/Garden of the Sun/太陽の畑 Which is what you have to put in your select.def (plus the file name of the stage of course).
But you can get rid of all the extra folders and just put the files inside stages, so you'll get:
stages/Flower Land.def
 
It'll work that way too. If the music doesn't change the route inside the stage file (Flower Land.def).
 

@Charmugencheap characters wouldn't be a problem however this collection is for actual Marvel characters only and not OC edited from the Capcom's games. Sorry.

I gave it a try and it's actually pretty cool. I love how you kept the essence of the original game but making it more playable.

The day finally has come. My second fullgame has been made and finally my dream of a real ClayFighter fullgame has come true, made especially for this X-Mas Eve as my definitive present to all of you. Here're some of the features of the fullgame:
