Cloud Strife by Tetsuo9999. Unavailable for download. Ultra extremely rare. Backstory from my memory: Tetsuo9999 released this character, posted a thread about in some forum, and uploaded it in sendspace, I believe. A few weeks later, it was taken down from sendspace! So, only a few people got to download this character, making him extremely rare. This character is not even uploaded in mugenarchive, or anywhere probably. Tetsuo9999 posted this image above of his character in his thread, which I managed to save. It was a October, 2013 when I downloaded the image.

Then there is this Tifa Lockhart. I have the gif, but I don't have the character. I used to have it, but I think I lost it or deleted it. I tried to find it on the internet, but to no avail. The author is, "Cloud Strife FF7H and Vision", Cloud Strife FF7H aka Chrono Strife. It was probably this version I had. However, I think there was another version with just Cloud Strife FF7H's name in it not including Vision. I found this while browsing his site:

Apparently he made Cloud Strife(Dos) and Squall. I'll quote an interesting part,

"All other characters by Chrono_Strife are closed, due to stolen material, or lack of memory of source material. (Bulma, YamchaHD, SSj Raditz, SSj Nappa, Cloud Strife(Dos), Tifa, Squall, Locke, SSj2 Gogeta HD, Yamcha(old), GohanEx, any I missed)"

So, I was looking at the Sephiroth version I have by gulthor, and I realized I got a cheap edit. The edit is based on this version of Sephiroth: https://web.archive.org/web/20140215084242/http://sephimugen.free.fr/seph.exe

That is from gulthor's site. You can find multiple versions of his Sephiroth there. However, the edited version only edited the cns file, renamed the def file, and removed the internet shortcut file and doc file. While checking for differences in the code for the original and edit in the cns file, the edited version only added these lines of code under [statedef -2] ;vs.the nightmare SSJ3:

[State -2, PowerAdd]

type = Power

Add trigger1 = 2

value = 2

That causes his gauge to fill up over time, which makes the AI use cheap moves more often. The editor is unknown. I downloaded it a long time ago, and I forgot where and by who. Just add these 4 lines of code and you'll have the edited version, but I'll upload it too. The def is, "Sephiroth1", but I probably renamed it from, "Sephiroth". How to download?

Using Fighter Factory, open the sprites of the character casing the crashes then click the option to save sprites after that press ok and save over the .sff. That should fix it.

Thanks for finding Volfogg. I don't know the author for those stages because I found those stages and characters on Salty Bet and it didn't show the author when checking for the name of the stage. Also, thanks @Amaterachu1 & @CoolAnimeHustler for finding some characters for me. I honestly gave up on it before the first post and the fact the post was made January 2021.
