    Probably the first version of Mikey for MUGEN. Now converted for newer versions of the game engine by the author.

    I fix it now no more Turn Black while stance and use beam rifle.

    - sprite rearrange order
    -add Pal.act 
    -fix def file to avoid error
    -add sound

    I think the authur got bore to redraw all the sprites.
    I'm sad because it's a good edit of Gundam wing endless duel game if he finish this would be an awesome char for sure.
