I'm helping you on the sprites by the way. And it's gonna be good!

Dude, We need more Rakugakids characters in Mugen!! You guys remember the N64 fighting game, RakugaKids. Right? Well, It's a pretty obscure game created by Konami, where children find a cave full of magic crayons to fight a bully who stole the last pack of crayons. I thought it would be cool to have other people create these characters from RakugaKids cause y'know, It's funny, adorable. charming and of course, colorful. Many years ago, Probably in 2013, A mugen character creater made Captain.Cat.Kit and got ALL of the move right and animations almost perfectly right and used Project64 to rip the sprites using RiceVideo to put them in Fighter Factory, And Hex Editor to get rid of some music I asume. I don't know how he did this be he was an expert! But apparently he's dead right now. I'm sad that he'll never return to Mugen character cause he likes to move on. 😞 But to the people who are reading this, Please! PLEASE make the characters from Rakugakids! And no, They don't have to be Marvel vs Capcom-styled, They have to fight exactly like they do in Rakugakids! Y'know, All of their moves from the game, The animations, the grabs, etc. I can't do Mugen characters, Cause coding is a pain in the ass. And I don't wanna mess up my computer. So I'm requesting this to ANYONE who has mind-reading skills to make import these characters, Please, Make them perfect.
And I'll be entertained. Robot C.H.O is a bit of a challenge, but ANY character from RakugaKids is possible, Just make ANY ONE OF them, and we'll see what happens. I dunno, Use Captain.Cat.Kit as a base and maybe edit him with the other Rakugakids characters, Who cares? But EVERYTHING HAS TO BE PERFECTLY CORRECT AND CORRECTLY PERFECT! Also, Make sure they have all their original 8 color palettes and maybe add 4 new color palettes. Look, I played Rakugakids. Every character in that game doesn't have 2 supers that do damage. Look at NGI's Captain.Cat.Kit. I thought it would be cool to import this other character from Rakugakids and make him like he actually did in Rakugakids. And how is it a Spriteswap? I just used Captain.Cat.Kit as a base. Trust me. I did finish him. I did my best. Okay? So I'm sorry if you dislike this. Where did you find this anyway? Gamebanana? Go here for the Finished version:

Next time, please at the very least check the authorfield before claiming it's made by someone in particular.

Even aside from that, this character has multiple issues, namely a super that kills in 4 hits and a grab super that barely does anything at all and does less damage than even a basic attack, a projectile special that shoots hitbox-less smoke meaning it does no damage whatsoever regardless of which version you use, and the normal throw doesn't even line up its animation properly owing to the fact that, again, it's a spriteswap.

An insanely obscure fighting game for the N64 in which Konami Published and Developed. But didn't bother to focus more on the game years ago. However despite all the silly cartoon sound effects, Cute and childish children's drawings and weird gameplay, It's actually super good to get into. I was putted cartoony sounds and voices for myself, but, and also who can finish myself sprites, and convert and fix the sprites to better versions in classic cartoony-styled, like the movesets of Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies shorts, Hanna-Barbera shows, Tex Avery, MGM Cartoons, etc.?, because i was too lazy to work my sprites (including the ideas on the text),  and also make the dancing cartoon sprites pose for the win pose.
