An accurate level 4 to say the least. I like how the power advantage is shown such as the extreme speed and the invincibility aspect of some of the moves. The supers/hypers are to die for and are executed with an absolute power display!

The sprites work beautifully with this coding. This Gohan has attitude and with the moves and power to back it up. I hate to say it but no other Gohans to date are as good as this if you know what I'm saying ;)

Man I hope they make an extreme butoden 2 soon. Just to have the mugen conversions, they'll simply be too awesome. Thanks for the share man and I'm glad you're looking for this stuff for all of us here. Downloading now!

Not bad but I'm not feeling the walk very much. It might be better if cooler was floating around rather than walking because the animation needs work. Good character though, he does a lot of iconic stuff that frieza and his family does in the series and games. I was surprised by that last super/hyper. This cooler transforms in the end of this video and does a pretty sweet attack.

Awesome find! He has a lot of guest appearances to like piccolo and Gogeta. I like his high impact headbutt.

This was originally a striker in the Capcom vs series but now it's a full version character! Cool!

For the record I have have complained in the past also about Street Fighter clones. I let Ryu and Ken go because they both appeared at the same time in their original games but after that we got gouki/akuma, sean, dan hibiki, and some other ones I'm forgetting now that are basically identical. Also charlie is a rip off of guile and there might be more???

As usual we're gonna get the same crap like in the previous games. The current main roster but in the style of the new sequel titles from the new system. More stupid clone characters like StarWolf/Roy. And maybe 3-4 new characters only that no one has ever heard of. And a few of the last game's new characters.

Another problem that just came to me is that some creators in the past have made extra phoney accounts to up-vote their own characters in the past. I remember someone mentioning this on another forum a few years ago. Apparently all voting users had the same I.P. address :P

Now with proxy servers this kind of thing will be impossible to detect.

Even mugen voting can't be totally legit nowadays XD Just like real voting :P

Though we can still hope everyone is playing fair but no one will know for sure.

I remember one forum tried to solve this issue though by only allowing veteran voter users to vote while forbidding new users through the voting week from participating. Maybe a post history was also reviewed. I'm not too sure about that though? Honestly all this stuff is too much of a headache to take seriously.

Either do it or don't IMO and take the results however you like. We're all probably just over-thinking this too much.

Yes, ultimately, just a popularity contest like I said. I wasn't referring just to author popularity, but to character's popularity & style popularity as well.

Also, I didn't say the one with more friends wins, but it contributes, hence the "plus". not generalizing saying "always" but yes, it happens.

Being a popular mugen creator doesn't necessarily means you have a lot of friends either, or vice versa.

 

Whole point is that I, (or should I say some people), don't see much point in having a character of the month based solely on popular opinion.

Yes, in truth it seems to be a flaw in voting (for anything really) in general. Also it's hard to control what the voting is going to depend on. For instance, is the voting for best coded? Newly custom made quality? or which one is your personal favorite despite everything else based on whether you like/hate the brand it's coming from? A voting user will likely vote in any of these mindsets or all and it could be a very different result depending how a character was voted for. It's just not too clear sometimes but in the end maybe it's just not meant to be taken this (it's mugen after-all) seriously.

I think it was said somewhere earlier in this thread that the voting is really just to get a general idea what most people like the best. I don't think that's a wrong answer at all.

This trend is going so well for MK Mugen. I remember a while ago there was a mk style freddy krueger and some chick. Now recently a female cyborg and now this new MK addition converted into mugen. If this continues still, maybe MK mugen will be redeemed at MFG? I seem to recall years of apathy for the genre last i was there.

This is also good news for mugen collections to! There is rarely anything fresh and new that isn't a remake of mk1-3 sprite rips.

Sorry, I don't mean to be picky, it's your character anyway. The story is what it is I guess but i can't say it's a story I like. Fantasy has the right to override logic but imo it's only to a certain degree before the illusion starts to break and you end up with a bad WWE storyline. :P

WOW! Great fighter all around and loaded with fantastic goodies. This might be character of the year IMO.

If this, whatever this was, is part of the storyboard....I would say disable it for your mugen and just enjoy the character :S

Nice! It's been a while since I've seen scruffy hulk and even sweeter that he has some neat new stuff! I see some great ideas here.

Not crazy about the design. I hope other creators still do sprite patches? Either a more detail and fix touch up or a complete overhaul on the design in general using an alternative base edit of some sort. :/

Totally worthy of being mugen 1.2!!! This should be the new look. I really like the screenpack here. The only thing I find hard to like is the lifebars. It should be much more simpler in my opinion. It feels out of place as if it should be a part of some anime mugen project rather than a general elecbyte engine.

Though I'm not sure what you are going for, maybe it's not an elecbyte theme at all and just a custom mishmash of what you like. It's all good then in that case but if it is elecbyte themed, I highly recommend doing something much more simple for the lifebars. Everything else is top notch though. Everything is wonderful and I like it very much. I also appreciate the low-res.

I heard Borewood had a terrible past when he created characters with specials codes against creations by people who gives feedbacks like Ricepigeon and others, very sad!

I hate when folks go out of their way to make a joke character against another user for stupid reasons like this. The fact that anyone would waste their time doing this just to get back at someone is just distasteful and crude. It really paints a bad picture.

Hopefully this stupid console wars nonsense will eventually come to an end. The technology is quickly growing to where the tech is growing quicker and better than consoles AND getting cheaper and smaller to produce. Maybe all these gaming companies will run out one day and only the gaming titles will be downloadable to some kind of all purpose gaming device. Surprisingly more people are playing phone and internet games than anything else I hear now a-days. The graphic capabilities are very close to being lifelike now also, it shouldn't be too long now to finally reach the maximum limit to where there can't be any more system improvements and in these latest systems, almost every exclusive feature has been done to death on all existing systems such as massive storage, voice chat, movie streaming, internet, wireless, and all that junk with HD everything. :P

There really isn't anything new they can add to top over the other competing systems as of late. 3D was a gimmick in itself during the whole, "New TV you have to buy now because it's 3D".

I guess we're still waiting for holograms and virtual reality but really it's going to be nothing much better than what we are all ready getting and could also end up to be nothing more than another gimmick possibly as well.

Needless to say I was also surprised when they brought back motion controls as well as kinect. Some of you might not remember but this technology was all ready tried years ago before with mostly disastrous results.

Definitely a solid version. I just wish I was a fan of She-Hulk to appreciate it more :P
