:P sorry, I'll explain more details . It's true can't hit on OTG. If you do Combo (low attack > medium attack > hard attack > shooting star) the shooting star doesn't hit him because kung fun man too short for her. EDIT: I though was a bug, the hard attack was twice swing, and make opponent fly into air which means can be hit by "Shooting Star". Sorry, my bad :P
