I was actually planning to do this AFTER BrokenMugen because yk this is a personal mugen roster of mine but I decided why not. I'll do a double upload and give you guys the best of both worlds either way that is all. Helloooo, people. it is me again with another wonderful collection! - Now, just letting you guys know this mugen is no joke, it does really have over 9000 slots! go ahead post that vegeta gif of him saying "it's over 9000!" LMAO and it is true. someone by the youtuber named: Thonzy but he failed to do one important thing that is IMO a pretty important and nice thing to do for the community and that is sharing said collection. so, while getting inspo from him and Wailordlover (another person who has worked on BrokenMugen) I decided to make a collection with this wonderful SP, and share it with you all. Now, that I got that out of the way, let's talk about the info of said collection: Chars: 2,791 Stages: around 400 to be exact (I know in my desc of the video below I said 200+ but I was wayyy off lmao) Link(s): You can get this mugen here Note: This mugen is called PT.1 (aka PART 1) for a reason, this has around 2k chars because once this is finished it will be exactly 9k chars, so once that time comes when this is completed I will go into more detail because this is no joke so for now enjoy this part this will have the Mugen All-stars EVE treatment. meaning part 1 have a good amount chars and the second/final part will be completed!

Hi, so this mugen is actually not your typical mugen. This mugen's screenpack is actually very rare to the point it was considered lost media at one point. which is why you can see why it looks so old, in fact you can actually get the screenpack here other than that, I am just going to state here what I stated In the description of my video if you don't feel like watching the video which is the following: The premise of this mugen is simple it is filled with ofc Touhou characters but not your average Touhou characters. there are ofc some original/other characters in there that aren't touhou nor destructive/too OP based but, even so this mugen is actually a breeding ground of insanity for it is filled with supernull, hypernull and overall, very null and overpowering characters that I was able to put my hands on and find to the best of my ability. after all, winmugen is just known (from when I was growing up) to be that thing back then where people loved creating cheapies and nulls back then to the point where cheapie and null characters thrive. that being, said here is a few things to HEAVILY keep note of before you get this mugen: Notes/Reminder: ◦ There a few characters that will OBVIOUSLY crash the mugen. keep that in mind, for example there is a character by the name of: \u001A - where when apparently fighting this character it is strongly advised to restart MUGEN if /u001A has reached the sixth layer or more, or the enemy is defeated for no reason..take that as you will. ◦ Some characters upon selecting them will just close the mugen. The soul abyss will give up attacking the opponent's characters and attack the main program instead (Very tough character to defeat) Some Supernulls on 1p side or high-tier/top-tier supernulls can defeat him. Mathrus - NO not the actual mathrus (because bish that is a dragon tier, we don't know that he exists) but the one in this mugen is actually just a tongue-in-cheek interpretation of whatever Mathrus is, and a parody of works done by the cheapie community in general. he is extremely broken, complete with beefed up stats, SuperArmor, both health and meter regeneration, and overpowered attacks including OHKOs. To use it, change the name of this folder to MathrusLesser. That is all. remember, if you do see some chars missing it's best to go in the select.def and see the name of the missing character and then go to that missing character's folder and see how to make them appear since interestingly enough some chars require you change something in their files in order for them to appear in the mugen. like, changing their folder name, changing their .def name, editing .def files, etc etc ANOTHER important thing to remember is that these aren't virsues they are not dragon tier cheapies anywhere at all. your PC will think they are a virus or a trojan but that's not true. that is all, enjoy Link to this mugen here

Hi, it's been a while since I've last worked on this hasn't it? well good news matesss this is finally completed. after months, of just so much going on that I just don't be working on it I finally managed to work on it and complete it! enough of that being said that you probably want this huge roster right? well first thing first before we get into it. this mugen is based off of this post here: this was part 1 of this entire mugen that you see here. EXCEPT, it is now completed. but I would like to state a few things as well that's different from this after working on this one for some time. 1. this mugen was actually 7k slots, I am not gonna have a debate with anyone about it being 5k slots because, it was not actually 5k. there's a total of 7,836 characters in there so yep. 2. this mugen has a stages issue, where I've actually added about 60 stages and for some reason they all don't appear within the game despite them all being in the stages folder and select.def (so keep that in mind when getting this mugen) if you know a fix for it feel free to apply it when you get the mugen Either way enough of that, here are the stats: Chars: 7,836 Characters Stages: 60 Stages Link(s): you can get this lovely game here Edit as of 01/15/2025 - I forgot to mention and now realized since not everyone goes in the video to seek the description I just want to let you know that gaps in the mugen and stages issue has been fixed a long long time ago lol and the link to the fix is here; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r4MOTL8cKyvZUgMvZTTNHNp__Iej9Pl0/view it's also in the description as well. Not really much to say but I hope you enjoy. If you are experiencing a download limit with mega.nz here are some methods you can use to fix this> 1. If you have some money to spare, upgrade to mega lite (it's around $5.30) and THEN download the file, for you won't have a limit. 2. Use a VPN, for it's the easiest way to get around it. 3. Use MegaBastard - it's a mega download manager that helps you bypass it by downloading the file thru the software. link to get it and how to use it is here: https://www.java.com/en/download/ 4. Use Jdownloader 2, I know some are going to be like "but I tried" well, depends did you do it correctly? for, in order to actually download thru downloader with a mega.nz link you have to add a proxy. links and sources + instructions for these are here: https://tech-latest.com/how-to-bypass-mega-download-limit/ Hope this helps! Update: So, I don't have this mugen anymore due to many months ago of like having to reset my computer therefore losing this mugen, after that I decided after paying $5.07 for a slight storage upgrade on my main mega.nz account I check today and the link is dead and it sucks because I went on the video to try to download the chars for backup but I am too late on the timing. so, yeah I'll have to re-do this mugen and I'll give you guys an update on when I have which I honestly don't know when because, as you can tell I have two unfinished mugens, this one and the Mugen AX2 one so, who knows maybe eventually when I feel in the mood to because mugens like this can be a pain to fill up, and it takes a lot of time as well.
