Moves are alright, but the fact that he seems to be supossed to look like Orochi Iori (judging by that pose and some moves) yet he still is just Shingo at times just annoys me; these behaviours don't even fit each other. The author should make him be either crazed (Orochi Iori) or be kind of normal (Orochi Kyo).

There is one bug with Hagen. When he uses specials and the enemy is defending, his specials start doing low damage on the enemy, even if not defending itself from it.

Good characters, powerful AI. Meh. I only use Flamme Shingo and Saiki from that pack.

The sprites could use some work. They don't look on par with other KoF Styled characters. Also I think Hell did Dash aswell, but he has automatic AI aswell.

Looks nice but some lifebars don't fit the 640x480 resolution, like the SvC Chaos lifebars, sadly.

What bothers me are the infinite combos... Otherwise it's a good character.

You can find it on mugenimperiolatino, along a 640x480 .def. It was made by k6666orochi if I recall correctly. Also I found more stuff by Black, I'll try to upload them soon :)
