Sprite-wise that cape dont match with the sprites way of shading and the muscles looks deformed imo but the head is very well made.

-Low quality rain. Use squirtz plz! -Some smoke coming from the broken windows would be a nice touch. -lil flames from some of the building parts would look good. -Envshake on the main building and probably the floor (Bgctrl). -The sky dont blend imo a darker one would look better. This one needs way more work to atleast be a probably keeper. Efort is apreciated tho ( atleast from me).
