Not kidding man, here the proof I have notice actually, this Hulk will disappear after been attack by a 13 combo by this Goku, you can see the 13 hits on the image, however I don't think this Goku is the problem because the other characters was fine when been attack by the 13 combo, they not disappear, they will fall down then get up as usual to continue the fight. Maybe they was something wrong with this Hulk code I guess...?

Actually mugen have a normal size Naruto chars, however this type of Naruto chars is always either it has a bad gameplay or ugly sprite.

That was Edo Minato, what Ryoucchi want is the normal Minato (but yeah I understand, normal and Edo version of Minato is pretty much same). I have that Edo Minato too, it play well actually but the problem is some of his sprite is not finished.

He just run, jump and guard most of the time. If he attack you, that is your lucky day Note : He's only for mugen 1.0 and above (mugen 1.1). You will get error if use him in winmugen.

Like Ryoucchi say, you can resized it perfectly using localcoord. Plus Naruto characters sprite in NZC style is not ugly so when you resized it, it still look good. As you see on my screenshot, I actually resized this Itachi the same height as my Baby Vegeta.
