She is AI only and have some effects. Doesn't seem cheap (unless you hold start when selecting her), but the AI isn't great either.

I think he just released it because of Jade's deconfirmation on MKX. She doesn't have Mileena's moves, just Kitana's and the Shadow Kick, since he already released Kitana, it wouldn't be too hard to make a conversion.

(Apparently, they do not happen when Iwakick's characters fight themselves, and probably it doesn't happen against other Iwakick's characters as well)

I saw lots of them in the collection, but whenever I see someone talking about BlazBlue characters in MUGEN, they always say its nothing like the source. I never played BlazBlue, so, I need someone else to tell me which characters are accurate.
