Infinite Gouken could be possibly downgraded to WinMUGEN, or you could just load all your other stuff into the newer MUGEN 1.0 or MUGEN 1.1 beta releases.  To downgrade you would need to semi-colon out the 'winquote' states (180) and probably a bunch more stuff.  Would probably be easier to just get the latest MUGEN and import your stuff into that.  MUGEN 1.0 and 1.1 have more features and are more compatible with more stuff than WinMUGEN was.  WinMUGEN was actually a hack of the old DOS MUGEN and was never an official release from Elecbyte anyway.  But Infinite Gouken is a MUGEN 1,0 and later release and not for WinMUGEN.

I forgot about Ryon's tutorials. They're actually really good in my opinion. I learned a lot from them.

Mugen guild's webmaster (Nunor) has a private server, that he maintains himself. So they save money on hosting. I do not have that nor the money for that.
I've used several hosting sites in the past, the free ones suck. your limited on what you can do.
the ones you pay for, it all varies.
I've used PHPBB 2,3, and I waited for YEARS for 4 but that never came out its almost good to assume there dead (with the exclusion of there annual "security update" which does nothing because bots spam there boards like crazy, even with add on's.
I've also used SMF2.0 , and that hasn't been updated in years ago other than security updates. That was great for a while but soon I realized how filled with bots it is.
IPB is something I've wanted.(I originally wanted vbulletin) Not to mention it has one of the best anti bot / spammer systems ever. I'd say 1 out of 500 people are wrongfully auto banned.

if the character gets taken over by AI made by the creator, No.
If the character has AI but it is NOT taking over then YES.

Its not necessarily that he changed something.
FOR YEARS, this has happened randomly, and its usually for characters with high level AI. they just break out and take over the character.
The only cure for this is to figure out which AI trigger is taking over. which is impossible.
Also judging from the names of the characters in that list. All of them are super Over powered and cheap, and those are the ones that would most likely break out and play for you.

I could be horribly wrong when I say this but I Believe I fixed everything mentioned about him during his beta phase.
I added the missing sounds and effects stuff, and more voices so he plays more proper.

OH as for the random palette thing, its gone with now sorta.

however if you want to pick a random palette at ANY time press, DOWN, FORWARD, OR BACK, and START at the same time to change palettes.

This is a Pre-Set screenpack, Everything is included and already "installed" so just download, add your characters and stages and play.
As of now Its just a 20 Roster, I have no intention to making a bigger roster.
Also for the first time ever, I've coded this screenpack in such a simple way that ANYONE can edit it simply by changing out pictures.

This Ryu is pretty good.
Its very loose SNK style gameplay not what 119way's ususally known for. but still decent.
I'd keep it in my roster if i had a mugen.
