if you have a character that doesnt work on it.
look for a updated version of the character.
OR another version of said character.

@ DarkWolf, Her work is amazing, but we don't have a rank for her specialty.
mugen 1.1 stages and animation in general allow for scaling.
however majority of stages do not use scaling, or have scaling.
as NotAGoodName said, xscale and yscale , will scale EVERYTHING.
if you want to shrink the flames down, do it before hand.
put the black bars back in.
but put them at the top of the coding part.

or something that looks close , i typed that off the top of my head.
by doing tihs your keeping it, but putting it at a behind layer, thus getting rid of the trail issue.
also if this doesnt work. look on the code for a "layerno = " and set it to 0
download any of POTS' characters and look at there sff's you will see the images for said super moves.
you gotta find a image, colorize it 1 color and blur it while protecting the center.
this is the best way to learn how to code.
you decide to fix up a character that you feel needs to be recognized.
I did the same thing many years ago.
if you want a game plan, i recommend just cleaning up his AIR file for now. (AIR file is the animations file with the red and blue clsn boxes)
