This stage was made for the Street Fighter Alpha 4 full game, being made by BC, its been on hold for a couple years. oh for the record guys i was playing White 2 (i have the rom and a 50% translation) and i gotta say man WOW. this is definately not how i expected my starting party to look. but its so amazing, that i'm definately gonna keep my Psyduck.

dude i'm gonna test the parallax on the background, if that shit looks great. you sir have rocked my socks today. EDIT: OK! I TESTED THE STAGE. THERE IS NO SUPER JUMP! IN FACT YOU DISABLED IT! ;This is how much the camera will move vertically towards the ;highest player. Valid values are from 0 to 1. A value of 0 will mean ;the camera does not move up at all. A value of 1 will makes the camera ;follow the highest player. ;Typically .2 for normal-sized backgrounds. You may need to pull this ;value up for taller backgrounds. verticalfollow = .2 ;Minimum vertical distance the highest player has to be from the floor, ;before the camera starts to move up to follow him. For extremely ;tall stages, a floor tension of about 20-30 coupled with a ;vertical-follow of .8 allows the camera to follow the action. floortension = 0 recommended floor tension is 40 ~ 60 , for super jump stages i recommend .8 Your buildings in the background, they are laying on top of the ground, which in real life makes sense, in the actual DBZ game they do not. and i know if you move them up it will cause a issue with your floor since your using a y delta scale. the way to fix this would be changing the y delta for the buildings. also your far backdrop (sky) needs to have a x delta as well . something to make it move a TINY little bit with each movement. -
also i think this song is a good alternative to use.

all 3 of them have the Shadowloo Ism but offical only the dreamcast, and saturn had it, paystation had to use a actionreply. also, the Dreamcast version had " I-Ism" which i NEVER figured out what its suppose to do or mean. but its kinda like whatever lol.
