the reason people's files go down is usually because of there file names. if the filename matches content that is of something copywrited I believe it will get taken off. for instance i could be sharing a Bill & Ted character for mugen, but the file name is Bill & Ted Excellent.rar thats to close to the movie title and would be taken down. at least thats my assumption on how they work.

So some of our links in our collection are offline, due to copy write and all that stuff. some bogus reason. but I wanna ask you all, what should we do about this? the reason I dont upload them to the server is because of the server load time, It may cause to much of a strain and get the site such down for running to many resources again. We need an alternative place to upload our files? any ideas?

Part of me thinks I should combine all of the boards and make 1 giant gaming section for everything. combine the discussion board topics. so all nintendo links will be in 1 topic, sony in 1, microsoft in 1. and Multi on the Multi one. Your thoughts on this?

After seeing this I was like.. ok.. another Shin Megami...WAIT!? what?!?! This looks great! I'm really curious to see how they draw this out. if they make a turn based action RPG with FB characters i'd buy it. (NOT TURN BASED STRATEGY)

After watching this, I'm getting total hype for this game. Xenoblade on the Wii was freaking amazing, breaking record I knew about on the wii in terms of Graphics, Gameplay, Music, Sounds, Voice Actors. This game looks like its gonna set a REALLY high bar for Action Adventure RPG games. Watch in HD.

Honestly I thought the 3 new guys have 2nd types. mainly cause they did attacks there normal classes wouldnt have. I think the Frog has a psychic attack, The Squirrle has a Dark attack, and i forget what the Fox has.

So I found a Rom of the game, took the screenshot and rebuild the lifebars for mugen.

the issue is that is, black theme, is made for 3 versions old, board. so in the process of updating the board and keeping it up to date. the theme got washed away. where as the white theme, is the default theme, thats modified so it wont have such issues.

this is the OLD outdated way. It works in 1.0, but its unscaleable. unless you use the new ailevel codes.

+ Fixed The Throwing Issue, But please keep in mind I suck HORRIBLY at coding throws, Custom States are easy but throws are like a completely different ball game. I will work on making it better. + Fixed clipboard issue, Hadoukens killself after a set time now. + Fixed that green pixel, when I had the color separation palette on, I couldn't see it. + Fixed Focus Punch "whiffing" Crouching Opponents. And by Crumble State, do you mean like someone falling to there knee's? Cause right now I just have them enter a "trip" state. + Fixed / Changed the speed at which hadoukens travel based on button pressed. + Fixed / Now only airborne opponents get knocked down, Standing will simply move back. + Changed / Focus attack now cancelable into Dash Back and Dash Forward. (after 5 ticks) , Also Now knocks opponent down if their in the Air, as compared to become it would put them into Custom State while in the air (standing in the air) - Changed / I've made it a bit harder to spam/inf. But its still a issue. + Fixed / Already Sorta. - Will update when i finish off the EX moves properly. - Its technically 1 sound file. and even if i split it into 2, there is no proper way to stop introduction sounds from playing over, even if its on channel 0. (at least to my knowledge.

that makes no sense, because all games on the PS1 run on 320,240, even the ones that would normally be wide screen (such as the SFA series) I tried ripping a hercule sprite, and My sprite looked NOTHING like yours. ON top of that, why does he have a black outline?

yeah this was a long one. Appearntly my "The SQL Servers Are Currently Offline" I got that message, But I know how to fix this issue now. I simply restore the database back to a previous date, it usually backs up daily, weekly and monthly. So thats good, Also after errors I normally back up the database (topics, posts, members, etc).

great release, I tested him and he plays excellent, I hope to see more characters like this. 1 tiny thing to fix. in your "ULTRA" for your assertspecial, nobardisplay. add ignorehitpause = 1, and persistent = 1 cause during the ultra, the powerbars flicker.
