Coding is ALL of the character. it wouldnt be yours in anycase unless YOU CODE IT. you cant call this a work in progress topic, if your asking or looking for a coder. learn to code yourself and do it. I learned the hard way by messing with Kung Fu Man. read his CNS file in notepad or fighter factory. cause elecbyte wrote ALOT of notes in there which will help you greatly.

if he MADE those sprites and someone else is willing to use them, then he has the right to take half the credit. if not, then is not different from when people goes to the request section asking for a char to be made.

Rugal has most of his sprites done by SNK.

custom sprites ok, thats like 5% of the total character.

Coding is the other 50%.

whatever credit you take, you are not the one making the character.

thus you shouldnt have a WIP topic about a character you dont know how to make.

I will say that these sprites aren't half bad...however some are a bit inconsistent....some are rugal from KoF but the others are....an edit

Most of these aren't from source so he can take a bit more credit....over 80% are not KoF's Rugal
