He's not quite what he seems. He has auto-AI enabled by default but this can be turned off in -3.cns. As far as I know he only works on Winmugen.

It's actually a version of Marco (Kaiser Knuckle) that uses Marco Rodrigues's moves.

WinMUGEN isn't what I normally use and the engine would crash every time I try to load the char. it initially wouldn't load with the "dynamic portrait" code that is located in the d.cns, and even if I remove said .cns file from the .def, a "precaching" error message would appear instead. it may have something to do with the way the creation is coded but I'm not sure.

I guess he's a cheap character?

Strength-wise he's actually not very cheap. It took me a bit but I figured out how to get him working outside of Win (but without the portrait stuff)-get rid of the "[DynamicPortrait]" stuff in the .def, then replace "st = D.st" with "st = Marco.cns".
