[SPOOKY M.U.G.E.N] - NEW CHARACTER: VINCE

So, another character of mine, but this time its a really weird one, and a very niche reference:
Vince, the ShamWow guy, as a M.U.G.E.N character, and, a boss character at that!!

He's a reference to an old flash animation with various Sonic OCs and such, the creator is also credited in the Readme if anyone wants to look them up.
(The notable playlist he appears is called: Classic Random Flash Era)
