Can someone help me find "Final Diold"?

I've seen a few videos about Final Diold, I've wanted him for years now. But I have a question, is he a custom made character without a link released to the public? Was it a self edit? But I doubt that because I've seen other youtube channels using him too. I've really seen "Donald of Mystery" use him. Link of where:

I'm going to be upfront with this, you most likely cannot find it. Donald of Mystery unfortunately hogs over 100's of edits that are no longer available (A TON of Ara Donald versions, NEON Donald Normal, etc.). There was a DL for Final Diold around 2019 or 2020, but is now gone.
