[SPOOKY M.U.G.E.N] - FINAL PATCH: "RUGAO KAHNSTEIN"

So, I randomly had the thought of patching the hell out of Rugao Kahnstein, because I was unhappy with him, now, with lots of changes to his stuff, I can say that this is the definitive version of Rugao Kahnstein.
Some of these changes include:

- adjustments of frame-data

- removal of useless Buttons

- a super got completely replaced

- added invul on some moves

- and other minor things

 

I hope THIS one will be to all your liking, and, with this, I will replace the folder aswell as delete the patches from the Google Drive, therefore, he is the only version one should have.

(I will still keep the AI Patch by Poyochan, even if it might be outdated)

Why don't you just update the character file instead of creating multiple update patches?
