Hong/Lie Meirin by Daiya(?)

Was wondering if anyone had the Hong/Lie shown in this video (excuse the volume, it's from 2008):

 

The version in the Touhou collection is from 2007, though Waybacking Daiya's site shows it was updated in 2008, which I'm guessing added all the Lie stuff. The file itself wasn't archived, unfortunately.

This is all assuming it's not a completely separate character edited from the original.
