-Reordered sections with a lot of chars and a lot of creations of them (since SFIII to SFV) so now it's clearer to look and find, I hope to implement this in KOF collection too so stay tuned

I wasn't really aware of the character's existence until that I was going through PZT's char pack, and it seems that I just found it from there.

I haven't tested out the character yet, but if the author really did edit her with almost no changes at all, then I think it would've been better if I can just leave her out, so I would like to apologize for that.

Little update: I just reuploaded SSF2THD images and also found SF2 Barrels image. You'll have to wait a bit longer for SFIV/SFV images but will be on my list

All Mr.I & Violin Ken chars only work on 1.1 and IKEMEN, it was specified already in the SFIV snd SFV collections
