[CHARACTER] Herbert West - Terrordrome

Finally dusted off this old account to showcase a new character I've been working on for the past year, Herbert West from H. P. Lovecraft's Reanimator! Using sprites taken from Terrordrome: Rise of the Boogeymen, this version of the character aims to play as close as possible to how he does in the original game.

I probably won't do anymore MUGEN conversions of existing Terrordrome characters, besides maybe Ash Williams as I've been more interested in making him and Herbert for MUGEN above any of the other playable characters.
