First appearance: Pico's School July 25, 1999.
Cassandra is the main antagonist and final boss of Pico's School. She is the leader of the Goth Punks and the main perpetrator of the school shooting. She is secretly a Penilian, an alien species from outer space, disguised as a human.

 

It kind a hard work, she has some goth abilities and weapons like Pistol Python, Intratec TEC-9, Incendiary Grenade AN/M14 TH3 Incendiary Grenade, Penilian Grab, Goth book Pentacle, Lasers Eyes and more

 

Pico and Friends will challenge her to a duel. would think if a Pico School Figther II or something like it. 
Cassandra only been a fighting game was Super Pico All Stars 2007. Totally she should had appear in Newgrounds Rumble as a playable due she is a main antagonist of Pico School.
I'll get another Goth Punks member to join to Mugen soon.
