This is a MUGEN adaptation of a Knuckle Fighter mod. I thought it would be perfect for MUGEN so I decided to convert it and change some things up a little. And by a little I mean a lot.
Nice boat. is meant to be a zoner/keepaway hybrid, with all sorts of different ways to control space. Not only does he hit like a tank (boat?), he has a decent defense game too. If you look past the fact that he has the world's biggest hitbox, he can be quite powerful in the right hands.

- Added damage scaling to supers

- Slightly changed effect on Bum Rush and gave it more vibrant colors
- Fixed trigger on Bum Rush that wasn't functioning properly
- Added some screenbound to the Torpedo Twist projectile's custom states
- Added a juggle limit to Tag You're It
- Slightly raised damage on Kiwami Kounter
- Added a bar that indicates your boost time
- Fixed glitch involving The Kaiser Says not ending if a time over happened
- Made the "OK!" popup for The Kaiser Says move more smoothly
- Made the throw not look as weird in the corner
- Removed PosAdd from 5a
- Adjusted a couple normals to make them feel crispier
- Fixed glitch involving the foreground not disappearing during the matchover win pose (state 182)
- Fixed the chat bubble sprite on the taunt not using the correct colors in certain palettes
- Adjusted states 5100 and 5110 to make it feel more like you're hitting a boat
- Added a new defeat animation for when the match is over
- Maybe an easter egg or two
