Do not have permission to view some character collections.

For some reason. There are certain character collections that'll say "You don't have permission to view this topic" and idk why. For example, the Sony PlayStation collection. My account is newer yes but it has already been approved and registered. Why I still can't view certain ones is beyond me but I hope this issue gets fixed.

Some collections are hidden because they're in the process of being redone and/or most of the links are dead.
