Trasparency color showing in game

I need to fix is I'm trying to remove the transparency so I can put in the missing colors

 

For example, This is what I want:

 

NOT this one (In-game):

 

It's the same problem just like this forum:  https://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/transparency-color-showing-game-190294.0.html

 

But I need more context and information on how to fix it.

the first color part of palette is transparency, make sure to check show transparency color on FF3, save it, and edit this on GIMP. You will only see a one color that seen on palette, draw a point of color pink and hide it, make sure to rearrange the colormap and set the pink color to 0, and save it.

If you still have the sprites unindexed, index them as 255 colors. Open the color palette table and the first box should be blank. Add a 0 color on that (255,0,255) whichever preferred and you should be good to go.
