Where i can find a good screen recorder to record mugen fights?

Since obs studio didn't work because it only shows the black screen, i'm trying to look for another good screen recorder that has no audio delay and good quality. any recommendations?

Hmm... I use oCam free version: https://ohsoft.net/eng/ocam/download.php?cate=1002 but just now I am wondering what screen recorder use the other people  that posting in share video section too.

Have you tried troubleshooting the issue? OBS has to run on the same GPU as the program you're trying to record unless you want to use the slower compatibility option. MUGEN 1.1 requires game capture instead of window capture.
