Hello does anyone here know about the mugen archive error 1020?

It means they don't want you there. The site is protected by Cloudflare, and error 1020 indicates you've violated a firewall rule defined by MA, so your connection has been blocked; this can be down to using a VPN, proxy, or simply because your ISP has been blacklisted.

tl;dr, mugen archive is an awful website.

Oh yeah, they either ban you forever or don't ban you at all. Or you've been banned by them or the cloudflare. No between

 

Even if they said you only banned for 1 week just forget it.
